Common questions
What counts as an order?
Any order ingested from Amazon or Shopify in a calendar month. Cancelled orders before fulfilment do not count.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
You'll receive an in-app warning at 80% capacity and an email at 100%. We won't hard-cut off service immediately — we'll reach out to move you to the right plan.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. Full access to all features on the Growth plan during the trial.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing is ~17% cheaper than monthly. You can switch to annual at any time from the Billing settings page.
